How book your apartment in Sicily?

  • Visit the page ACCOMMODATION.
  • Search your favourite apartment.
  • Click on the page of the apartment chosen. Look at the photos, video, features and prices.
  • If you like it, click on CHECK AVAILABILTY or RESERVE.
  • If you don't want to waste time, chat with us (click on the bottom left button) or call us. If you prefer, you can fill out the reservation form and wait for our reply (24 hours max).

SMART HOLIDAY, what does it mean?

We are developping a way to create “smart holidays”, customized according to the preferences of the tourist.

Once booking one of our apartments, you will be able to register on our web APP that will inform you about all the activities and events that will take place near the accommodation you have chosen. In this way you no longer have to worry about anything, with a single APP you can book excursions, guided tours, romantic dinners, sea view brunch and many other services.

You will also be informed about the curiosities or points of interest that are located near your place.

What is the payment method?

You don’t have to pay to check the availability of the accommodation. Once you have confirmed your reservation you will be put in touch with the host of the apartment you have chosen and you will be informed about the payment methods (some ask for a deposit, others the total payment).

Are pets allowed?

Usually, the owner of the apartment make this decision. It will be specified in the description of accommodation, if you can bring your pet or not.

I had a problem, can I change the reservation date?

In general, it is possible to change the reservation date up to 1 day before. However, the following rules should be read.

4 cases:

  1. Anticipate the check-in -> up to 1 day before the new check-in and only if the new date is not already booked. In this case the extra days of your stay will be added to the final price.
  2. Postpone the check-in -> up to 1 day before the scheduled date and only if the new date is not already booked. In this case, in order to protect the owners of the apartments, the entire sum established at the time of booking must be paid (if you have already paid, you will not be refund).

N.B. Only if you will do steps 1 and 3 or 2 and 4 at the same time by changing the same number of days, you will not have to pay any additional cost but only the original price of the reservation.
